Travel and Press?
If I write about a place or what is produced there, it is because I have personally enjoyed it and feel the readers will to. I have a deep interest and curiosity in food, travel, culture, and enjoy learning about new cuisines, places, and their producers. These include but are not limited to fishing, spas, resorts, seafood, sushi, cheese, wine, bourbon, vodka, chocolate and all things pig.
Press trips allow journalists and bloggers like myself the opportunity to go behind the scenes and have access where they would normally not. I welcome the opportunity. My opinions are always my own.
