WaterColor Inn & Resort #30AEats

WaterColor Inn & Resort is celebrating ten years of offering luxurious beach accommodations and coastal southern hospitality by inviting guests to SouthernFare, a monthly series of special dinners at the resort’s acclaimed restaurant, Fish Out of Water or the scenic BoatHouse set on Western Lake.  Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage Wayne Alcaide and Chef de Cuisine Lawrence Klang have prepared a series of themed dinners that will showcase their talents and delight all palates.

“We all love to eat and sample new dishes,” said Jennifer Williams, WaterColor Inn & Resort’s Sales & Marketing Director.  “So, what better way to celebrate our anniversary than by inviting guests to dinner over the next four months?”

The SouthernFare Dinner Series begins September 30th with a Farmers & Fishermen menu, followed by an Oktoberfest celebration October 28th, an elegant dinner on November 17th featuring White Oak Pastures Beef, and a wild game dinner December 9th.

Fish Out of Water sets a glamorous scene overlooking the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, with virtuoso cuisine and a distinctive wine list to match.  The freshest local fish and meats combined with an eclectic approach to traditional ways of preparing and serving food, translates into dishes unlike anything else offered in northwest Florida.
