Entrance into the festival is free. Admission into the Luxury Lounge is $10, with the most luxurious experience being the VIP Luxury Lounge running $50 per night or $80 for a two-night pass.
The event takes place at Capt. Anderson’s Marina, and is hosted by the Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association.
Local dinner specials are available for festival attendees throughout the course of the event at Capt. Anderson’s, Boatyard Restaurant, and Marina Cantina.
Free parking is available at the corner lot on US-98/Thomas Drive and Treasure Island Marina. Free shuttles will run from the lot to the festival grounds, guaranteeing easy access for festival attendees, 4 p.m.–2 a.m. on Friday and 10 a.m.–2 a.m. on Saturday.

Headlining Performers:
The Jeffrey Steele Band: In 1991, the California Country Music Association dubbed Steele the best bassist and best male vocalist for his work with his band, Boy Howdy. The band scored a major country hit with “She’d Give Anything,” which R&B singer Gerald Levert remade as “I’d Give Anything.” Steele emerged as a first-rate songwriter. His cuts include Tim McGraw’s “The Cowboy in Me,” Diamond Rio’s “Unbelievable,” Rascal Flatts’ “These Days,” Faith Hill’s “When the Lights Go Down,” Trace Adkins’ “Chrome,” LeAnn Rimes’ “Big Deal,” as well as Montgomery Gentry’s “Speed,” “Hell Yeah,” and “My Town.” In 2001, he recorded an album for Monument Records, but it was not released. In 2004, he issued Outlaw on Lofton Creek Records. He was recently a judge on the hit competitive country music series,Nashville Star.
LoCash Cowboys: Since 2008 the country-rock duo has shared bills with artists including Charlie Daniels and ZZ Top, performed at halftime of NBA and U.S. Olympic team basketball games, and earned television appearances ranging from Tanya Tucker’s reality show Tuckerville to Pageant School: Becoming Miss America, writing the theme songs for both. The list of those they have shared bills with continues to grow—Toby Keith, Blake Shelton, REO Speedwagon, Tom Petty, Gretchen Wilson, and many others. They toured the country headlining Maxim’s Red Man Roadhouse Tour. Their TV appearances have been as varied as they’ve been exciting, ranging from the Total Nonstop Action Wrestling’s Slammiversary, where they performed before 10,000 screaming fans at Nashville’s Municipal Auditorium, to Fox News Network’s New Year’s Eve Broadcast before two million in Times Square.
BMI Songwriters:
Charlie Worsham: Dierks Bentley recorded Charlie’s song “Heart of a Lonely Girl” for his current album and Gary Allan just cut “Sleeping Like A Baby” for his upcomingalbum. Charlie is working on his debut album and is ready to release his first song to radio early next year.
Brandon Kinney: Kinney has written for artists such as Willie Nelson, Lonestar, and Randy Travis and recorded his own comedy album, Smells Like Texas. As a songwriter, he hit pay dirt with “Boots On,” the smash hit written with and for country artist Randy Houser.
Brent Cobb: Cobb’s debut album, No Place Left to Leave, was recorded with Shooter Jennings and his band, the .357s. This summer, he toured as part of Willie Nelson’s Country Throwdown Tour. In addition, he has opened for Josh Turner and recently has had songs recorded by Luke Bryan, Kellie Pickler, and the Eli Young Band.
Adam Craig: In addition to being front man for his own band, Craig co-wrote “Church Pew or Bar Stool” recorded by country superstar, Jason Aldean, and is on Aldean’s current CD, My Kinda Party.
Dylan Altman: He has had two number one songs: Tim McGraw’s “Watch the Wind Blow By” and most recently, Jake Owen’s “Barefoot Blue Jean Night.” He helped write the current Jason Aldean single, “Take a Little Ride,” and has also written songs for Trace Adkins, Will Hoge, and Gabe Dixon.
Scotty Emerick: In 1997 he met Toby Keith, and the two have enjoyed a phenomenal collaboration over five albums. In addition to frequent trips to the top of the country charts, Emerick has produced his debut album, The Coast Is Clear, and collected Songwriter of the Year honors from the Nashville Songwriters Association International.
Blue Mother Tupelo: Blue Mother Tupelo’s latest CD, Heaven & Earth, debuted at #2 behind Kris Kristofferson on the Euro Americana Chart for November of 2009, in the Top 40 on Americana Radio in the USA, and continues to be in the Top 40 of Roots Music Report’s “Roots Rock” Chart.
Jim McCormick: McCormick had his first #1 with “You Don’t Know Her Like I Do” by Brantley Gilbert. He also has the current Jason Aldean single, “Take A Little Ride,” which he co-wrote with Dylan Altman. He has performed at clubs and festivals throughout the South, including the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, the South by Southwest Music Conference, and the Key West Songwriter’s Festival, and at Engelsholm Castle in Denmark and the Zihuatanejo International Guitar Festival in Mexico.
Aaron Barker: His first attempt at songwriting, “Baby Blue,” was recorded by George Strait and went number one in Billboard. He also wrote Strait’s “Love Without End, Amen,” which stayed at the number one position in Billboard Magazine for five
consecutive weeks. Other recordings include artists like Clay Walker, Neal McCoy, Doug Supernaw, Lonestar, and Willie Nelson. Aaron was recently inducted into the Texas Heritage Songwriters Hall of Fame.
Cole Swindell: Swindell debuted on Luke Bryan’s Spring Break, and most recently he wrote radio single “Water Tower Town” for American Idol winner Scotty McCreery, which is featured on his debut album Clear as Day.
Geoff McBride: On The Voice, McBride became a member of Team Xtina (Christina Aguilera) when she reiterated her confidence in his vocals during a blind-audition rendition of Stevie Wonder’s “Higher Ground.” He has also worked with artists such as Gerald Levert, Teddy Pendergrass, Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, Jennifer Holliday, Kenny Rogers, Alabama, and Jermaine Jackson.
Abigail Rose: Rose has earned her writing credits with Will Rambeaux, Billy Dean, Sherrié Austin, Steve Leslie, Tyler Reeve, Christi Bauerlee, Corey Crowder, and Cale Dodds. Her soulful voice and energy on stage have landed her three performances at this year’s CMA Fest; opening for Sara Evans, Florida Georgia Line, Joe Nichols, and Josh Thompson; playing at the famous Joe’s Bar on Weed St. in Chicago; and moving on to represent Music City in the Texaco Country Showdown State Finals (formerly the Colgate Showdown).
