Bruno’s Pizza has found a new home just down the road from their successful former Seagrove location in the WaterSound Gatehouse building at the entrance of WaterSound Beach. Bruno’s on Scenic 30A south, now occupies a former restaurant space and boasts more than fifty seats inside with seating for thirty outside under the shaded oaks.
The full open kitchen will make pizza creations exciting to view, and parking will not be a problem as it had been in the Bruno’s old location. There will be a grand opening celebration tomorrow December 16th, 2013 that loyal patrons will not want to miss. They will open for regular business hours tomorrow 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., but will kick into celebration mode at 4 p.m. with a ribbon cutting with the Walton County Chamber of Commerce!
Live music, Free t-shirts to the first 50 attendees at the ribbon cutting, and an opportunity for door prizes will be available. Bruno’s will be supporting CVHN, Inc from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a “Moveable Feast” donating 50% of all sales back to CVHN to help supply their dental clinic.
Jeff Goodman, formerly of Birmingham and the owner of Bruno’s (named after the Alabama grocery chain), along with Mark Williams who has been with Bruno’s for twenty three years, are ready to kick off the grand opening serving their fresh locally made hand tossed pizza’s with home made sauces. Bruno’s, a family friendly restaurant serving affordable pizza has been a favorite of locals and tourist alike, and has been voted best pizza on 30A for more than 21 years.
Bruno’s policy of “No Shirt No Shoes No Problem” will also transfer to the new WaterSound location, as will the popular lunch buffet. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. customers can enjoy all the pizza, salad, drink and the scrumptious cinnamon knots their hearts desire for just $7.94. Pizza by the slice is also available with imaginative toppings like everything-on-it Supreme, Veggie, and Taco Pizza.
