You know I’m a Southern gal, and a lover of all things food related, especially fried chicken, so when Food Film Festival founder George Motz (see interview) and team decided to bring his event to South Walton with the help of The Local Palate, I jumped on board with gusto. Not only have I been promoting the festival on 30AEats.com and my sister site, GulfCoastRestaurants.com, I will now be judging the Fried Chicken Cook-off at The Hub on 30A, Saturday, April 9th.
The line up of chefs is incredible, and will also include a full day to night of amazing cuisine to taste, films to watch and live music. They are calling this event, Road Trip: A Southern Culinary and Spirits Experience and taste the best that the South has to offer.
