Chef Dan Pettis of One20 A Modern Bistro in Niceville, one of our favorite Gulf Coast Restaurants, is hosting a 1 Year Anniversary Party for his sister restaurant, Fuel, as well as the the Emerald Coast Autism Center.
“We are honored to celebrate the one year anniversary of both Fuel and the ECAC. Myself and my family, are proud to have been a part of the Niceville community for many years, and we want to spread awareness to the entire Gulf Coast that there is an amazing place that could receive tremendous amounts of support from ECAC. It is a blessing to our community and to the lives of the families that ECAC helps”, said Chef Pettis.
Bring your entire family to enjoy an evening of music, food, beer from 3rd Plant Brewery, and a boat decorating contest! The boat decorating contest proceeds go directly to the ECAC, and Fuel and the ECAC are accepting entry registrations for boaters interested in decorating their boats for a cause! All boaters are asked to decorate their boat with a marine life theme, in honor of the marina and ECAC’s facility theme, by using “puzzle pieces” to create a master piece.
Dan Pettis, has opened his newest restaurant, Fuel, in Niceville, offering the freshest coastal fare with island flare in a relaxed yet upscale atmosphere with expansive, breathtaking, waterfront views of the Boggy Bayou. Fuel serves lunch, brunch and dinner daily, and offers a full service car and poolside Tiki Bar.
